Steve came out the same day even though his crews were very busy. He tried to fix the opener but it was 20 years old and done. Steve even tried to harvest parts from another opener to save me money but it didn't work. Steve found a solution that wasn't going to cost a fortune. He did not take advantage of my situation and he was always on time! I will do business with Rite A Way again when the need presents itself and will recommend them highly to others.

A few months ago they installed a new motor for our two-car garage. We recently needed to replace the garage door as it was cracked. Instead of using Rite-A-Way, we bought the door through Lowe's. They installed it and did a shoddy job. Door stopped working after two days. Called Steve and he came out right away and solved the problem, even though he hadn't caused the problem. And he didn't even charge us! This is a guy who really stands behind his work and his products. Will not make the same mistake again when we need garage door service and use Lowe's to save a few bucks -- will definitely call Steve!
